  • Clients will be kept informed as to progress on their assignment
  • Clients need to be clear that we represent their interests
  • Clients need to be confident in the quality of work delivered and the fit of the candidate with the client organization: we offer a minimum guarantee that if the appointed candidate leaves the client without reasonable cause within at least two months of joining, then we will conduct a second search at no fee 
  • We will not send unsolicited resumes to clients
  • In salary negotiations, we need to represent the client's best interests and be fair to the candidate


Our objective is to find qualified top notch candidates within a certain time frame.

Executive Search         -  between 1 month - 6 months

Management Search     -  between 1 week - 2 months

Flexible Staffing            -  between 1 week - 2 months

This process requires our Account Manager to work closely with the companies’ representative, keeping you on schedule.
